The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) strived hard to build the Muslim nation, SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah) he (peace be upon him) has succeeded in his struggle to convey the message. 'Say: Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death, are (all) for God, the Cherisher of the Worlds' [Qur'an 6:162]. Don't be a Muslim that has been crippled by the gaps in your knowledge in Islam. Be a part of this beautiful Ummah. Work together and help each other so that we can truly lead a life on the Straight Path.

ALWAYS REMEMBER
'I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, the One, without any partner. And I bear witness that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is His servant and His messenger'

Bismillah

As-salaamu alaikum,

Baa means “in” or “within”, thus us saying Bismillah allows us to do every action in the name of our Lord and Master.

The benefits of saying ‘Bismillah’ before every action:

1) The remembrance of Allah (azawajal) and therefore occurs in every second of our existence.

2) Reminder of the purpose of our existence and the purpose of our creation is to worship Him (swa).

3) The action that we do turns into a way of worshipping Allah (swa) and so this means the action is a part of worship. This can only be attained by keeping the intention of the action for Allah (azawajal).

4) Saying the words before our action, so through the action, we can get help and support from Allah (swa) in that action.

Bismillah is also a form of seeking help, so we are not only looking at getting closer but also seeking help in the action.

5) By saying Bismillah before all our actions prevents us from doing forbidden actions.

Saying Bismillah before every action never mind how small and insignificant the action may be. Insha’Allah we would have remembrance of Allah (azawajal) and therefore avoid carrying out the action that would cause us sin.

Our Lord (swa) is the most Perfect and the Most Magnificent and Most Sublime. Worthy of worship and servitude.
Essential use of Bismillah is when we start the reading of the verses of the holy Qur’an:

Thus read the glorious Qur’an, follow it and then remember the Lord and the Master of the entire universe.

Fi'amanillah
